Prince Saud bin Abdulmohsin bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Hail Region and head of the higher commission for Hail region development, announced the approval by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz of transferring the ownership of the plot of land of the Ministry of Defense and Aviation in the city of Hail to the benefit of the developmental housing of the people of Hail region. The plot of land, with an area of more than 80 million square meters, was granted by Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, after the approval by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. Prince Saud, who announced the news during his weekly meeting with citizens and officials in Hail region here yesterday, thanked the king and the crown prince for this gesture. Prince Saud explained that the king stressed giving priority to the needy and allocating an area of 4 million square meters for future distribution among Hail University professors.
