ICAO Re-Elects Saudi Arabia for Membership

Saudi Arabia has been re-elected for the membership of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO, category 2) for a three year term.
Saudi Arabia got 142 votes from the total of 167 votes during the general assembly of the thirty-sixth session of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) which is currently held in Canada.
The Saudi delegation to the session is headed by the Chairman of the General Authority for Civil Aviation Eng. Abdullah bin Muhammad Nour Rahimi.
