At the World Economic Forum in Dalian, China, Saudi Aramco senior vice president of Industrial Relations Abdulaziz F. Al-Khayyal greeted yesterday Prince Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. Abdulaziz F. Al-Khayyal, was in Dalian as a participant in the World Economic Forum. Al-Khayyal was a discussion leader in two sessions: “China and Energy,” which explored the strategies of energy business leaders that maximize benefits to both China and the industry; and “Energy Security Roundtable: Financing Energy Infrastructure,” which probed the complex regulatory, market and other issues surrounding the financing of oil and gas infrastructure.
