10/12/2006 in Riyadh as follows: -- rescinding paragraph (A) of the Cabinet's Decision No. (49) dated 25/02/1426 H. and authorizing the Capital Market Authority to take the necessary procedures to implement the decision of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council in its 23rd session on the application of full equality among GCC citizens in the field of owning and circulating shares. -- Approving the application of the decision of GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee in its 71st meeting held in Abu Dhabi on 14/05/1427 H. regarding exempting imported fodder from outside GCC from customs duties and adding it to the list of exempted goods. -- Approving the application of the two decisions of the GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee in its 71st meeting held in Abu Dhabi on 14/05/1427 H. and its 72nd meeting held in Jeddah on 13/10/1427 H. regarding adding to the list of goods exempted from GCC unified customs tariffs those goods committed by Oman to the World Trade Organization. --More
