GENERAL SHAIKH KHALIFA BIN AHMED AL KHALIFA, DEPUTY COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF AND MINISTER OF DEFENSE, AND SHAIKH KHALID BIN AHMED BIN MOHAMMED AL KHALIFA, MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN, AND ACCOMPANYING DELEGATION ARRIVED IN RIYADH TODAY TO TAKE PART IN THE MINISTERS OF DEFENSE AND FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND HEADS OF NATIONAL SECURITY AUTHORITIES OF THE GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL MEMBER STATES JOINT MEETING SCHEDULED FOR RIYADH.
AT RIYADH AIRBASE, THEY WERE RECEIVED BY PRINCE ABDULRAHMAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, DEPUTY MINISTER OF DEFENSE AND AVIATION AND INSPECTOR GENERAL; PRINCE SAUD AL-FAISAL, MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, AND PRINCE MIQREN BIN ABDULAZIZ, CHIEF OF GENERAL INTELLIGENCE.
THE UAE OFFICIALS WERE ALSO RECEIVED BY ABDULRAHMAN BIN HAMAD AL-ATIYYAH, SECRETARY GENERAL OF GCC; GENERAL SALIH BIN ALI AL-MOHAYA, CHIEF OF GENERAL STAFF; AND OTHER SENIOR CIVIL AND MILITARY OFFICIALS.
