Aziz: "In the Name of Allah -- Most Gracious Most Merciful Praises be to Allah and Peace and blessing on Prophet Mohammad. Dear Brothers and sisters of the precious Northern Boarders Region. Peace be upon You all I'm pleased to be among you here. In fact, I'm with you all the time even if I'm not present here. I always share your worries, problems and expectations day and night. Dear Brothers: The Northern Borders region has grown very fast, prompting many citizens to enjoy living there. Moreover, they gather here (the northern borders region)with dignity and honor. This is what is expected of everyone as the country is one and its people are united. there are no such thing in the country as the first class region or the second class region. All are equal in front of Allah (SWT) and in front of the country to which we pledge loyalty, love and sincerity. Dear people of Saudi Arabia: wishes and expectations are not achieved by dreaming but through strong-will, persistent determination and tireless efforts, and above all relying on the will of Allah (SWT). This can be seen in honest citizenship which alienate from fanaticism and tribalism. It is the confraternity that glow when holding tight to Islamic creed and contributing to this Country of Monotheism -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dear Brothers: It is my pleasure to lay foundation stones for a number of development projects, which will give the area its share of prosperity and fulfill the basics of happy life for its citizens. However, the funding and assistance for this region, Allah willing, will be done gradually till it reaches the citizens' expectations. I am pleased to announce here the establishment of the University of The Northern Borders' region, which will be a supporter of knowledge and science in the region. I thank you all for the warm welcome and the noble feelings I've received. I wish you all grand successes."
