Naimi met here today with Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs Taro Aso who expressed his appreciation of the role played by the Kingdom in the field of petroleum industry. Al-Naimi then met with Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Akira Amari. During the meeting, they discussed the developments of the international oil market and underscored the importance of developing cooperation between the two countries in the field of oil and energy. These meetings was attended by the Saudi Ambassador to Japan Faisal Tirad and senior Japanese officials.
