At least 23 people were injured on Thursday when a car bomb was detonated on a military university campus in northern Bogota, dpa reported. Authorities have registered 23 people injured at the High School of War, including several soldiers and an army major, Bogota's Health Secretary Hector Zambrano said. Colombian Defence Minister Juan Manuel Santos denied reports that two people had died in the blast and offered a reward of one billion pesos (around 435,000 dollars) for useful information about the attack. Five vehicles which were parked in the area were damaged, he said.
