VENEZUELAN PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ HAS ACCUSED THE US OF PRACTICING DICTATORSHIP AT THE UNITED NATIONS, AND EXPECTED THAT THE WORLD WILL ONE DAY RISE AGAINST THE US HEGEMONY ON THE WORLD AFFAIRS.
CHAVEZ, WHO WAS ADDRESSING A MEETING FOR THE VENEZUELAN AMBASSADORS HERE LAST NIGHT SAID 'ALL REVOLUTIONS IN LATIN AMERICA SHOULD COLLIDE WITH WASHINGTON' .
THE VENEZUELAN PRESIDENT SAID WASHINGTON HAS BEEN HATCHING PLOTS AGAINST HIS COUNTRY AND WORKING FOR CREATION OF A STATE OF TURMOIL IN VENEZUELA PRIOR TO ITS PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS DUE TO BE HELD IN DECEMBER.
REFUTING THE US ALLEGATIONS WHICH SAID THAT VENEZUELA HAS BECOME A SOURCE OF INSTABILITY IN LATIN AMERICA, HE SAID 'I DO BELIEVE THAT ALL REVOLUTIONS IN SOUTH AMERICA CONTRADICT THE US INTERESTS'.
