The Indonesian Government has decided to grant visit visas to Saudis planning to travel to Indonesia at their arrival to the airport effective Aug 1, 2005, provided that the residence period in Indonesia should not be less than one week and should not exceed one month. The visas will neither be renewable or transferable to other visas like visas of trade or residence. The Indonesian embassy in Riyadh said the decision does not include Saudis who join their works in Indonesia, either carriers of diplomatic, special or ordinary passports, because they should obtain visas in advance for joining their works.
