Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Abdullah bin Salih Alobeid, who is also Chairman of King Abdulaziz and his Companions Establishment for the Care of the Gifted, arrived in Amman today to take part in the 4th scientific conference on the care of the gifted and talented scheduled for Amman tomorrow. More than 500 experts and specialists in the field of care of the gifted are expected to attend the event, organized by the Riyadh-based organization. Dr. Alobeid was received at the airport by Dr. Khalid Togan, the Jordanian Minister of Education, Saudi Ambassador to Jordan Abdulrahman Alo'hali and senior officials. In an arrival statement to the Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Alobeid said working papers, research and studies on ways of care of the gifted will be presented during the three-day event in addition to a workshop and symposia that will be held on the fringes of the conference.
