The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shared the world the celebrations of the Human Rights Day, which falls on December 10. The Kingdom has great achievements in the field of human rights that have contributed to its rise in international rankings and indicators of human rights. Human rights are among the main objectives stipulated in the regulation of the Human Rights Commission (HRC) of the Kingdom. The Kingdom 's HRC is keen to spread the culture of human rights and raise awareness of it through institutions and agencies specialized in education, training, media, etc., and is concerned with setting a general policy to develop awareness of it, knowledge and awareness, in cooperation with national institutions related to human rights. The interest in human rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is protected by national laws and regulations, has increased under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister and in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and its promotion of human rights protection. Also, the human rights enjoy the attention of countries all over the world including the Kingdom, which is keen to be a major part of efforts to protect, promote and develop human rights in the world through its developmental and humanitarian efforts and through its well-established policies aimed at spreading peace and stability to the various peoples of the world as the human and societal values represented by the Saudi society are enabling human rights based on the culture of its members rooted in love for peace and goodness and based on the principles of Islamic law. It is worth mentioning that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, government and people, works to protect and promote human rights, and shares with the world through international commitment to preserving fundamental rights and freedoms for all, since this year's International Anti-Corruption Day carries the theme "Dignity, Freedom and Justice for All" to confirm the recognition of the inherent dignity of all human beings and their equal and inalienable rights embodied by the Basic Law of Governance in realizing the principles and values of justice, shura and equality in accordance with Islamic law, emphasizing the right to freedom and dignity as an established principle in national systems, the importance of protecting human rights guaranteed in the systems prevailed in the Kingdom and taking all necessary means to preserve and promote them.
