The 7th Saudi optometry conference and the 3rd conference of the Eastern Mediterranean Council Of Optometry (EMCO) are scheduled to kick off tomorrow in Riyadh during the period from 20 to 22 October with the participation of more than 60 speakers from different and 80 scientific papers. The annual conference aims to discuss the latest developments in the field of optics, with the participation of specialized speakers from Saudi Arabia and abroad. It will also include various workshops and an accompanying exhibition including the latest technologies in the field of optics and vision sciences, with the participation of a number of agencies and companies specialized in optics. The conference will discuss various topics, including community eye health, pediatric optometry, ocular diseases, contact lenses, dry eye, low vision, among others.
