Ministry of Justice Enables Digital Judicial Services for Holders of Premium Residency

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has enabled judicial e-services for premium residency holders through the Najiz.sa portal.
According to the Law of Premium Residency, the services include the notarization of real estate ownership and the utilization of real estate in Makkah and Madinah.
The Premium Residency Center offers two types of premium residency: annual and permanent. Holders receive several benefits including doing business under the Foreign Investment Law, owning real estate, exemption from expat and dependent fees, and owning more than two vehicles.
