The Makkah Route Initiative offers its qualitative services at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia in a short period that does not exceed minutes for one trip, which boosted the quality of services for pilgrims and contributed to overcoming any challenges that might face pilgrims, as it also facilitated their travel procedures to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj rituals. Offering these qualitative services with a short time is accompanied with a smile and perfect treatment by the team of the initiative. The Makkah Route Initiative, one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Interior within the Pilgrim Experience Program of the Saudi Vision 2030, aims at completing pilgrims' procedures from their countries, starting from issuing visas electronically, collecting their biometrics, and completing travel procedures at the airport of the country of departure after ensuring they meet health conditions.
