The Agency of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Prophet's Holy Mosque has completed its preparations to receive and serve visitors in the pre-Hajj season through organizing human crowds, facilitating their movement inside the mosque, and coordinating efforts with all stakeholders in serving visitors of the Prophet's Holy Mosque. The agency ensures continuous coordination among all its departments to implement plans, programs and campaigns prepared for Hajj, and it also seeks to offer all technologies and smart applications to develop the system of services and works provided, in addition to preparing the Prophet's Holy Mosque and providing it with carpets and water and intensifying cleaning, sterilization and maintenance programs, facilitating the transfer of visitors through golf carts and mobile carts, and providing guiding services so that worshippers can perform their prayers easily and with tranquility. The first batches of visitors have started arriving in Madinah to perform this year's Hajj, where Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport on Saturday received the first Hajj trip arriving from Indonesia.
