Umm Al-Qura University is scheduled next Wednesday to hold the international conference: "The Latest Methods in Increasing the Efficiency and Quality in Dentistry," at the King Abdulaziz Historical Hall in Al-Abdiyyah, under the patronage of Prince Badr bin Sultan Al Saud, Deputy Governor of Makkah. Dean of the Dentistry Faculty at Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Mashail Al-Qahtani said that the conference is in line with national trends in developing and improving the experience of patients in the health sector and healthcare services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through moulding the skills of students and providing them with scientific experiences based on integrating students with doctors and specialized experts within forums and conferences that see the participation of several relevant sectors, where the conference also aims at discussing the quality of services offered through the latest and highest quality means at the economic level, referring to the role of the conference in creating promising investment opportunities in this field. The conference includes four scientific sessions that will discuss 12 aspects over two days with the participation of an elite of speakers and specialists in fields related to developing health sciences and dentistry from inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event also includes 63 research papers, 6 workshops and several presentations specialized in dentistry and supporting sciences. The conference is also envisioned to contribute to supporting researchers and specialists and enhancing their role with the participation of main partners in the health fields, such as the Ministry of Health, Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, and world research organization, in addition to holding an exhibition with scientific research and modern services in this field presented by dentistry students, faculty members and doctors in the public and private sectors.
