The Assisting Agency for Languages and Translation provides its services for visitors of the Prophet's Holy Mosque through guiding and instructing them and answering their inquiries in several locations at the yards of the Prophet's Holy Mosques, in addition to providing the the direct field communication service with visitors of the mosque for non-speakers of Arabic. The agency is keen on offering translation services and benefiting from suggestions through interpreters who are present in several locations at yards and communicate with visitors in more than 10 languages, such as English, Urdu, Farsi, Chinese, Bengali, Russian, and Turkish, among others. The number of beneficiaries from these communication services exceeded 1,000 people per day throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
