His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, received here today at the Royal Court at Al-Yamamah Palace Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson. An official reception ceremony was held for the UK Prime Minister. After that, HRH the Crown Prince and the UK Prime Minister held a session of official talks. During the talks session, they discussed friendship relations and bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various fields and opportunities to develop them, in addition to reviewing regional and international issues of common interest and efforts exerted in their regard, including the developments in Ukraine. The session of the talks was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy; Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom; Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet; Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard; Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense; Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and National Security Advisor (the accompanying minister); Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qassabi, Minister of Commerce and Acting Minister of Media; Eng. After that, the Saudi-UK Strategic Partnership Council was held. A memorandum of understanding on the formation of the Strategic Partnership Council between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland was co-signed by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson.
