A delegation of the French Cultural Attaché Office in Riyadh and Jeddah visited yesterday King Abdulaziz University headquarters, with the aim of coordinating to support and enhance joint cooperation between the two sides. The delegation met with the University's Vice president for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Amin bin Yousef Noaman, in the presence of the Supervisor General of International Cooperation Agreements Department, Dr. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Wahhabi, and the Secretary of the Scientific Council, member of the Permanent Committee to Follow-up International Agreements, Dr. Abdullah bin Saad Al-Malaise. The two sides discussed aspects of academic and research cooperation, ways of partnerships, and the development of Saudi-French relations in the educational and research fields with King Abdulaziz University in particular. The French side reviewed the level of cooperation and joint programs between university educations in the two countries. The visiting delegation also congratulated King Abdulaziz University for its achievements in the international classifications for the year 2022, explaining the mechanisms of procedures and services provided by the offices of the French attaché offices to citizens and scholarships wishing to enroll in education in France or in scientific research opportunities.
