The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States Dr. Naif Falah Al-Hajraf stressed the importance of building a distinctive integrative trade and investment base that completes the requirements of the GCC joint market and develops GCC inter-trade relations. This came during Dr. Al-Hajraf meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation of GCC Chambers, Samir Abdullah Nas. Dr. Al-Hajraf also stressed the importance of the outcomes of the 42nd GCC Summit, recently hosted by Riyadh, as it tackled the economic aspect of the GCC march, stressing the keenness of the GCC leaders to push for economic integration among the GCC countries, face challenges and seize the opportunities available to the Gulf economy as one system. For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation of GCC Commerce Chambers affirmed the tireless work to facilitate the trade movement among the GCC Member States, and the establishment of a promising investment structure in order to achieve the aspirations of the GCC peoples, in accordance with the visions and directives of GCC leaders.
