The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) in United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced that it conducted 292,415 additional COVID-19 tests over the past 24 hours, using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment, according to WAM News Agency. In a statement, the ministry announced 2,511 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of recorded cases to 790,698. MoHAP also announced three deaths due to COVID-19 complications, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 2,177. The ministry noted that an additional 795 individuals had fully recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries in the UAE to 754,688.
