Bahrain reported today the first infection with the Coronavirus (Omicron) variant, coming from abroad. The Bahraini Ministry of Health stated that person has not contacted with anyone inside the country, stressing that it has implemented the protocol followed for existing cases of isolation and taking the necessary health measures. The ministry called on everyone to take the initiative to take the anti-coronavirus vaccine and its booster dose, as it generally contributes to raising the immune response and alleviating symptoms and complications in case of getting infected.
