The number of views on the private channel of Formula 1 on the YouTube platform for the closing ceremony of Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2021 reached (6,351,491) views, while the number of viewers of the race on the broadcaster TV channel reached 2.66 million viewers, which is the highest number of views recorded by Formula 1 races in the channel since purchased the rights to live broadcasts 10 years ago. Formula 1 racing is the most watched sport in the world. It is watched by nearly 500 million viewers, broadcast in more than 200 countries and the audience of Formula 1 reaches 1.92 billion, while the number of interactions with the championship on social media platforms reached 15.5 billion and more than 40 million followers on social media channels. Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2021 witnessed a large media presence with 173 media men and women from 28 countries, representing 129 media outlets, while a center was equipped on "Media Island", which includes halls for journalists and photographers, equipped with giant screens and high-speed Internet service in an effort to facilitate the media's coverage of the event for the largest number of sports fans across the world. It is worth mentioning that Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2021 is part of a long-term partnership between the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation and Formula 1, extending to 15 years, and after a series of successes in hosting international events in various games, in light of the unlimited support that the sports sector enjoys from HRH the Crown Prince in line with the plans and goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, to enhance the value and position of the Kingdom regionally and globally, and its ability to host such major global events to create a vibrant society with the highest standards of quality of life.
