The Arab Parliament has condemned the launch by the terrorist Houthi militia of a ballistic missile towards the city of Riyadh and another missile towards the city of Khamis Mushait, praising the vigilance and efficiency of the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces, which successfully intercepted and destroyed them. In a statement tonight, The Arab Parliament said: "This aggressive act of launching ballistic missiles at civilians and civilian objects in populated cities is a flagrant violation of laws, charters and United Nations resolutions, and in violation of international humanitarian law. It also proves the falsehood of the terrorist Houthi militia, and its lack of seriousness in confidence-building measures to reach a political solution to the Yemeni crisis, and its subordination to the Iranian regime". The Arab Parliament affirmed its solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all the measures it takes to protect its security, stability and regional and international security, calling on the international community to compel the houthi militia to stop these aggressive acts, and to hold the Iranian regime fully responsible for its flagrant violation of UN Security Council resolutions and its continued supply to terrorist militia with weapons and ballistic missiles, with the aim of destabilizing security and continuing chaos in the region.
