In its daily weather forecast for today, the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) described the situation of the weather in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as cold wave, along with low temperature on tabuk, Jawf, Northern Borders and Hail regions, extending to Qassim Region and the northern parts of Riyadh and Eastern Regions, as well as the eastern parts of Madinah region during the night, as this cold wave will be accompanied by active surface dusty wind, reducing the horizontal sight on some parts of these regions. The report stated that surface wind movement along the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly on northern and central parts at a speed of 22-42 km/h, and easterly to southeasterly at a speed of 18-38 km/h on Bab-el-Mandeb strait, while surface wind movement on the Arabian Gulf will be southeasterly to southerly at a speed of 16-36 km/h, turning during the night southwesterly to northwesterly on northern part at a speed of 28-48 km/h.
