Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to President Vladimir Putin of Russian Federation on the death of Minister for Affairs for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disaster Yevgeny Zinichev.
The King expressed condolences and sympathy to the President, family of the deceased and the people of Russia.
