UAE Announces 1,076 New COVID-19 Cases in Last 24 Hours

The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), in a statement on Sunday, announced 1,076 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of recorded cases to 709,378, Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.
MoHAP also announced two deaths due to COVID-19 complications, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 2,020.
The ministry noted that an additional 1,649 individuals had fully recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries in the UAE to 690,926.
