Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, will lay tomorrow the foundation stones of the mega project of Jubail Industrial City ll and a number of other industrial and developmental projects which belong to Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), Power and Water Utility Company for Jubail and Yanbu (Marafiq) and other private sector companies. This was announced by Prince Saud Bin Abdullah Bin Thenian Al Saud, the Chairman of Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY)and Chairman of boards of directors of SABIC and Marafiq. He told SPA that the project of Jubail Industrial City ll will be a highly prospective area for the growth of basic, secondary and support industries as a result of the hi-tech basic equipments and the availability of crude resources in addition to the distinctive location, which is central to the international markets. He added that the projects, which will be inaugurated, are 26 and its total cost is estimated at more than SR 64 billion.
