Philippines Reports 6,879 new Cases of COVID-19

The Philippines recorded, in the past 24 hours, 6,879 new cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), and 48 deaths as well.
The Philippine Ministry of Health indicated that the total number of infections rose to 1.613 million, while the deaths amounted to 28,141.
