Adaa Measures Performance of 29 Services Provided by 11 Public Agencies for Pilgrims

The National Center for Public Agencies Performance Measurement (Adaa) has begun measuring the Hajj performance journey for this year and getting the satisfaction of pilgrims about 29 services, provided by 11 government agencies, in order to upgrade public agencies to improve their services.
The Director-General of National Center for Public Agencies Performance Measurement, Eng. Rashid bin Abdullah Al-Qaoud, stressed that measuring the Hajj performance journey comes to anticipations of the wise leadership in providing the best services for the pilgrims to perform of their rituals in comfort and tranquility and to achieve the goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
