The Ministry of Health pointed out here today that the date for taking the second dose of the Coronavirus' vaccine would be in accordance with the progress in covering the society as well as according to the priority categories and furthermore it is also tied to the availability of the vaccines. The ministry reasserted that its commitment to give the second dose for the age category of 60+ is still going on. On the other hand, the ministry announced an update statistics of the Coronavirus, in the last 24-hour, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which included reporting 1,153 new confirmed infections against 1,145 recoveries, while the active cases rose to 11,045, including as many as 1,496 in critical conditions. Total infections in the Kingdom rose to 473,112 against 454,404 recoveries. In terms of the fatalities, the toll stood at 7,663 as 13 new deaths were reported. The Kingdom has conducted, too, as many as 77,831 lab tests related to the pandemic.
