The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance's branch in Makkah Region distributed 14,650 umbrellas today to Umrah performers, as part of its various programs to serve visitors of the Grand Holy Mosque. The Ministry continues the initiative to distribute 250,000 umbrellas for Umrah performers and visitors of the Grand holy Mosque, according to precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Field teams from the ministry participate daily from 11 am to 3 pm during the holy month of Ramadan in distributing the umbrellas. A number of Umrah performers and worshipers praised this initiative that enabled them to perform Umrah rituals despite high temperature, extending their thanks to the leadership for its attention and keenness on Umrah performers and visitors of the Grand Holy Mosque.
