UAE Announces 1,759 New COVID-19 Cases

The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) announced that it conducted 160,390 additional COVID-19 tests, over the past 24 hours, using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment, according to WAM News Agency.
As part of its intensified testing campaign, the MoHAP announced 1,759 new Coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of recorded cases in the UAE to 512,497.
The UAE Health Ministry also announced two deaths, due to COVID-19 complications, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 1,573.
It also said that it reported 1,580 recoveries, bringing the total number of recoveries to 493,689.
