The Saudi Real Estate Re-finance Company (SRC), owned by the Saudi Public Investment Fund, obtained good ratings from Moody's and Fitch, the world prominent rating agencies. While Moody's rated the Saudi company at A2 grade, Fitch rate it at A grade. For the long term, the SRC obtained a good rating for its significant strategic role, in finding liquidity for residential real estate financing, with the aim of reaching 70 percent by 2030, in accordance with the Kingdom Vision 2030.
