Two earthquakes at magnitudes of 2.8 and 2.7 degrees on the Richter scale on Sunday hit the State of Kuwait. According to the National Seismic Network, a Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR) affiliate, the two earthquakes were reported at 9:53 am and 10:03 am, coinciding with the earthquake that struck Bushehr province, southwestern Iran, which is 250 km far from Kuwait City.
