The CEO of Quality of Life Program, Eng. Ahmed bin Hassan Badhris confirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's hosting of Formula E for the third time in a row is an extension of the successes achieved since the launch of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in hosting various international events, to be a regional and global center for major sports championships. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on the occasion of the Kingdom's hosting of the Formula E 2021, Eng. Ahmed pointed out that the concerted efforts of all government agencies to create the necessary environment for the success of such events and to achieve maximum benefit from them are common factors for the success of the Formula E race. This supports the Kingdom's regional and global position in sports, the diversification of entertainment options for the people, in addition to the development of the tourism sector. It also contributes to attracting investments in the hotel and hospitality sectors, providing jobs and contributing to the GDP.
