The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) signed today a memorandum of understanding with the Global Innovation Institute to build an effective partnership between the two sides that contributes to providing new and innovative training programs to develop the national human capital and enhance its professional competitiveness in the labor market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The MoU also comes to spread and consolidate the culture of innovation as an important pillar for developing government work and enhancing competitiveness, through implementing specific training courses in the field of adopting innovation and its practices. The Global Innovation Institute is concerned with awarding professional certifications, accreditation and membership in innovation. The Institute also works to advance innovation leadership through professional development and applied research courses, in addition to adopting the latest methods, trends and strategies in innovation leadership. Under the Memorandum of Understanding, the IPA will obtain a license to implement the Global Innovation Institute's training courses to prepare for the exams using training materials in English and Arabic, as well as awarding a government innovation diploma to those who have completed all five of the Global Innovation Institute's professional certificates.
