Indonesia has proposed a budget of 20.9 trillion rupiah ($1.49 billion) for procurement of Sinovac's COVID-19 vaccine, its health minister on Thursday, according to Reuters. The government also estimated the country's mass vaccination campaign could cost 66 million to 75 trillion rupiah ($4.7 billion to $5.34 billion), he told parliament. Indonesia has received 3 million doses of the Sinovac vaccine, known as CoronaVac, and is slated to receive some 122.5 million more.
