The Technical Team for Community Support at King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has held a virtual preparatory meeting with the Technical Team in charge of Education and Protection at the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO). The meeting was held to discuss cooperation between the two sides with the aim of developing a model for qualitative intervention for the education and protection sector in disaster and conflict areas. The meeting also discussed improving the quality of education and supporting marginalized groups, especially women, people with disabilities, orphans, children, and the elderly in needy areas. This is within the framework of ensuring that those affected have access to education and protection services and achieve sustainable development goals. Since its establishment, KSrelief has completed 79 educational projects, benefiting many countries around the world. These projects are an extension of the continuous support being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for sisterly and friendly countries in many different fields, including the education sector.
