The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection foretasted the weather for today as thunderstorms accompanied by active surface winds on the heights of Jazan, Asir, Baha, Taif, and Eastern, while active surface winds on some parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In its report, the Authority stated that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is northwesterly to northeasterly on the northern and central parts, and southwesterly to northwesterly on the southern part at speed of 16-36 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabia Gulf is northwesterly to northeasterly at speed of 18-38 km/h.
