-Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Qatari Heir Apparent
-Fahd bin Mahmoud Al-Saeed, the Omani Deputy Premier
-Sheikh Rashid Al-Mualla, the Governor of Ummal Quwein
