An official security source warned citizens and expatriates today from being lured by some members of the deviated group who were promoting what they call Ramadan breakfasting coupons. Basing his warning on findings of investigations among a number of those who committed killing and destructing acts in some Saudi cities, the source said the manage to solicit fasters for money through Ramadan breakfasting coupons which they print in big quantities and circulate to Muslims who would like to donate during Ramadan. The source said such amounts of money were used in supporting criminal acts of destruction and killings. Instead, donors are urged to donate to charities and philanthropic societies.
