Singapore reports 1426 new COVID-19 cases

Singapore's health ministry confirmed 1426 new coronavirus infections today, a new daily record, bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases to 8014.
The vast majority of the new cases are for immigrant workers residing in communal houses, the ministry said.
