The main Saudi Stock Exchange Index closed the trading up 6.90 points to reach 7006.24 points, with transactions worth more than SR 4.8 billion. The number of shares traded reached more than 235 million shares, which were shared by more than 200,000 deals in which the shares of 88 companies registered a rise in their value, while the shares of 94 companies declined. Printing and Packaging, Alinma Tokio m, Saudi Ceramic S, Najran Cement, Umm Al-Qura Cement, were the highest gainers, while those of Al-Rajhi Takaful, SIPCHEM, NADEC, A. Othaim Market, Farm Superstores, the lowest in trading, with the rates of rise and fall ranging between 9.95% and 4.54%. The shares of Alinma, Saudi Aramco, Najran Cement, Al-Rajhi, Sira, were the most active in quantity. The shares of Alinma, Al-Rajhi, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and STC were the most active in value. The Saudi Secondary Index (Nomu) closed the day declined 12.73 points to close, at 6286.71 points, with more than SR 12 million traded, and the number of shares traded was 360,000, within 829 transactions.
