An official source at the Ministry of Interior stated that, within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's efforts to confront the Coronavirus pandemic, and upon the recommendations of the health authorities, it was decided to scale forward the staring time of the curfew, in the city of Dammam, Eastern Region, and in the governorates of Taif and Qatif to 03 pm as of Friday, April 3, 2020, until further notice, with exception for services and activities that have been previously announced and it shall be in the narrowest scope and in accordance with the procedures and controls set by the concerned authority.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that all residents in the aforementioned cities or governorates shall abide as it is a necessary precautionary measures to preserve public health and calls on everyone to adhere, in line with isolation measures for the public interest.
