An international conference on Iraq proposed by the United States should consider the question of a U.S. troop withdrawal from that country, French Foreign Minister Michel Barnier said Monday. Barnier, speaking on France Inter radio, said that the "only place" to hold such a gathering is at the United Nations. Barnier stressed that the question of a U.S. troop withdrawal from Iraq "will be asked ... is asked."
