The Fourth International Women's Mental Health Conference, entitled "Women Empowerment Towards 2030", was kicked off in Al-Khobar today in the presence of a number of specialists in the psychological and social field. The CEO of the Conference Dr. Nada bint Maatouk Al-Zaidi affirmed that this conference, which brings together 38 specialists in the psychological field from inside and outside the Kingdom, aims to review latest developments, research and experiences in the field of women's mental health. She added that the conference is emanating from the sense of responsibility of officials to achieve a part of the aspirations of the Kingdom's Vision regarding women's mental health and empowering them to play their natural role in contributing to building the country. She pointed out that the conference includes 8 working sessions and 12 workshops discussing women's mental health and reviewing the latest studies and research in this field, adding that the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties approved 24 hours for continuing medical education for the conference.
