Ali bin Ibrahim Alnaimi, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has held talks on oil market situations with each of the ministers of oil of India and Norway. Alnaimi met with Mani Shankar Aiyar, Minster of Petroleum and Gas of India on the sidelines of the International Oil Seminar, organized in Vienna by OPEC. During the meeting, they dealt with the situations of the oil market and discussed aspects of bilateral cooperation in the field of oil and gas between the two countries. Following the meeting, Alnaimi lauded, in a statement to SPA. the distinguished relations binding the Kingdom and India, particularly in the field of petroleum. He said India is considered among the countries with increasing demand for oil. They attach great importance to their relations with the Kingdom, notably to cooperation in the field of joint investments and increase of Saudi oil exports to India and other fields. The meeting was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Petroleum for Petroleum Affairs; Abdulrahman Abdulkareem, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Companies Affairs; and Abdullah Jumaa, senior Executive of Saudi Aramco. --More 2020 Local Time 1720 GMT
