Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has
sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Jabir Alahmed Alsabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, on the occasion of being discharged from hospital
following successful routine medical tests.
In his cable, Prince Sultan wished Sheikh Jabir continuous good health and happiness.
